Affiliate Professor, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Before leaving the U. of Washington in March 2008, Andy designed and directed the implentation of this model-based monitoring, prediction and analysis platform for Washington State. As part of this effort, he created the 1/16th degree Washington State VIC model that is embedded in the system. Shrad Shukla, the student working on the effort, is now supervised by Dr. Dennis Lettenmaier. |
