	Andrew Wood, Senior Scientist, 3TIER, Inc., Seattle / Affiliate Professor, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Andy created the UW Experimental SW Monitor in 2005, and further developed and maintained the system and associated collaborations until leaving UW for 3TIER in March 2008. Andy still advises UW on SW Monitor technical issues.
	Francisco Munoz, Research Associate, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Francisco now runs the SW Monitor.
	Ted Bohn, Graduate Student, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Ted implemented the NOAH, SAC and CLM land surface models in the real-time SW Monitor framework, thereby expanding the existing soil moisture nowcasts to a multi-model ensemble.
	Dennis Lettenmaier, Professor, Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering Dennis provided partial support for this effort in 2005 and 2006 as a subset of other research activities related to hydrologic forecasting. As of March 2008, Dennis took over leadership of the effort.
