The Variable Infiltration Capacity (VIC) macroscale hydrologic model is a research model. As such it comes with no warranty and no support. Its development is on-going at the University of Washington and your name will be added to our mailing list so that you will be informed of major updates. Minor updates and bug fixes are reported on the web-page. If you make use of the model in your own research please refer to the following papers (listed on the references page):
