- Specifies the unit hydrograph associated with each of the travel time indices specified in the travel time file.

- Details:
- The file has the following format.
- line 1: The total number of travel time classes
- line 2: Travel time class and length of the unit hydrograph in hours
- line 3 and following: Delay in hours between generation of surface
water at the pixel and the moment that water shows up at the basin
outlet. The fraction of the surface water generated at the pixel
that passes the basin outlet with the specified delay.
There are as many lines as the unit hydrograph is long. - ... This is repeated for each travel time index, i.e. the first line specifies travel time index and the length of the unit hydrograph in hours for each index, and subsequent lines specify the unit hydrograph.
